Here's an update:
This morning I woke up thinking that I'd be another pound down on the scale but instead of a pound down, I was up 2 pounds!! How did this happen? I have been racking my brain trying to figure out why and I can only think of 1 reason. Last night I didn't eat dinner until 7:30 when it suggests that you eat dinner before 6. I don't see it being anything I ate because I haven't eaten anything not allowed on the diet. *shrug* Who knows. I just hope that tomorrow I will be down at least 1 more pound.
